As a student leader at St.Joseph's Bangalore, he was the driving force behind the many laurels won by the college on both academic and extra curricular fronts.

With a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from St.Josephs, he has suceeded in building a group of companies - The Prestige Group - that is the envy of Bangalore business circles.

Irfan Razack never rests on his laurels and constantly strives to improve his leadership capabilities. In this regard, he has attended a six week course by UNU/ILA, the United Nations University Internationals Leadership Academy in Jordan.

And he now shares his knowledge with budding leaders, both in the Prestige Group, and in the other institutions touched by his sphere of activities.

Career Achievements - The Prestige Group
Fresh out of college, Irfan Razack entered the family retailing businesses and soon became a force to reckon with, leading the Prestige, Raymond and S.J.Dupont showrooms of the Prestige Group to even greater successes. Diversification into the field of property development brought his finely tuned yet formidable business acumen to the fore, and soon he was managing one of South India's premier property development groups Prestige Estates Projects Pvt.Ltd.

In the font of sixteen short, but eventful years, the Prestige Group has recreated the skyline of the garden City,gracing it with some of Bangalore's most beautiful edifices.

Award-Winning Excellence:
Total Quality Management, World-class materials and manpower, trail-blazing techniques, Total commitment, when conceived and implemented in the group by Irfan Razack, all these could not fail to bear fruit, in the form of national and international awards.

* At the 1998 Prix'd Excellence in France. The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) ranked "Prestige Opal",

"  Prestige Four Seasons" and "The Retreat" among the best thirty projects in the world.

* The Accommodation Times. Mumbai named "Prestige Meridian" as the 'Best Building of the year'.

* The Bangalore Urban Arts Commission conferred the 'Best Garden Award' on "Prestige Elgin", "The Retreat" and "Prestige Four    Seasons".

Commitment To Society:
Irfan Razack takes time out from his hectic schedule to serve society in every way he can. His voluntary social responsibilities have included Presidentships of the Bangalore Commercial Association, The Karnataka Ownership Apartments Promoters Association and the Rotary Club of Bangalore Midtown. Still actively involved in the Rotary Club, his contribution has been recognised through a Paul Harris Fellowship.

Currently the Hon.Secretary of the Al-Ameen Educational Society, he participates in the management of close to fifty institutions, graduate and post-graduate colleges. And the formidable portfolio does not end here. Irfan Razack also serves on the committees of other educational institutions and service organisatins.

He regularly contributes to charities and orphanages and assists students through scholarships.

Personal Life:
With his highly demanding business schedule, Irfan Razack still makes time for his myriad family and community commitments. Married, the father of two, he takes home life seriously-a man with his priorities 'In perspective'. Always active, he enjoys golf, badminton and horse riding at his farm house.
